日本全国で桜が満開のシーズンを迎えています。
私も昨日、お花見に行きました！
皆さまお花見いかれましたでしょうか。
今日は、ほしいかもの運営会社ピーオーエスにこの3月から新しく加わったエリちゃんの、女子力たっぷりの手作りケーキを紹介します！
可愛い.....！なんと生花を持っていますっ！
このケーキは、フィンランドのMartinex（マルチネックス）のケーキ型を使用して作られました。
ここにケーキの生地を流しこんでそのままオーブンで焼くことができます。
今回作ってくれたケーキはレモン味！めちゃくちゃおいしかったです！

Spring has come to Japan, with fully bloomed Cherry blossoms.
Today we would like to share a bite of a lovely Moomin cake, baked by our new member Eri.
This cake was made with a bake form from Martinex, Finland.
You can pour the dough into the form, and just put in the oven!
With its lovely decoration, the taste of this lemon cake was very delicious. :)
